Service Level Agreement & Terms

1. The Agreement

By purchasing an AMPT protocol, you enter into a legally binding contract with AMPT BODY TRANSFORMATION MEALS LTD. This agreement is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the wider United Kingdom.

2. Perishable Goods & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to perishable goods. Cancellations must be submitted by Thursday 18:00 GMT to take effect for the following Monday's delivery cycle.

3. Delivery & Liability

Delivery is executed via our dedicated cold-chain fleet or approved logistics partners. Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery to the specified address. It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure safe intake and immediate refrigeration of the products.

4. Health Disclaimer

AMPT is a nutrition provider, not a medical institution. Our protocols are recommendations based on nutritional science. You should consult a physician before initiating a radical body transformation. We accept no liability for adverse reactions if pre-existing conditions or allergies were not disclosed during onboarding.

5. Payment Integrity

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Failed payments result in an immediate suspension of the production cycle. All prices include VAT where applicable.
